​We at Gimme that Recipe! is excited to have teamed up with one of our favorite charity's. Three percent (3%) of each cookbook sale proceeds will be contributed to Selamta Family Project.  The organization is an onsite family project organization in Ethiopia, helping families (women and orphans) who are poverty stricken and marginalized. They offer housing, education and other vital social resources. Since 2005, they have been doing and awesome job.  Selamta Family Project is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
